Payment policy

Insurance.
We participate in most insurance plans. If you are not insured, payment in full is expected at each visit unless a payment plan has been prearranged; please do not hesitate to ask for assistance through our billing department. Knowing your insurance benefits is your responsibility. Please contact your insurance company with any questions you may have regarding your coverage.

Co-payments and deductibles. All co-payments and deductibles must be paid at the time of service. This arrangement is part of your contract with your insurance company. Failure on our part to collect co-payments and deductibles from patients can be considered fraud. Please help us in upholding the law by paying your co-payment at each visit.

Non-covered services. Please be aware that some – and perhaps all – of the services you receive may be noncovered or not considered reasonable or necessary by insurers. You are responsible for these services.

For your convenience, we have easy payment options.  You are welcome to pay by cash, check or credit card, and, depending on your insurance company, your flexible spending account card, at the time of your visit.

If you have an outstanding copayment, deductible or have received a bill for the balance remaining after your insurance company has paid, and wish to pay online, you may do so here:
